All items are securely packaged and shipped from Australia.
1. Art Prints, Original Art, Keychains
Tracking number: A tracking number will be provided.
Estimated delivery time:
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided when your order is shipped. As an estimate:
- Australia: 6-8 business days
- Australia (Express): 1-3 business days
- International: 3-10 weeks
- International (Express): 2-8 weeks
Please note that international post has been slow to reach their destinations, please be patient!

2. Stickers
Tracking number: A tracking number will NOT be provided.
Stickers (when purchased without other items) are sent via letter mail, which is significantly cheaper than parcel shipping. However, this means unfortunately we will not be able to know when it has arrived at the destination. This means they will also not be covered by postal insurance. If you are worried about this and would like to purchase extra cover and a tracking number, please get in contact with me before you check out and I'll see what I can do.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary greatly depending on the destination country. Within Australia, please expect ~6 business days for delivery. For international mail, please be patient and expect it to take at least a month or two. Unfortunately, I don't have any control over this.
3. Processing times
Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be processed as everything is lovingly hand made to order and hand packaged from my home studio.
When there is a high volume of orders, the processing time may be delayed. Thanks for understanding!
4. Customs and import taxes
Please be aware that any additional customs charges in your home country are not included. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
4B. UK & EU Customers
As of July 1st 2021, EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT TAXES and SERVICE FEES incurred by your country’s custom offices. This applies to all packages, no matter the package value.
We will NOT be collecting or remitting VAT.
This means that it will be collected by your country when it reaches customs. Because of this, you may experience some additional delays (approx 2 or so weeks) and additional processing fees. You will be able to check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying from our shop.
Taxes and additional custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Additional taxes, charges and fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.

5. Loss or damage during shipping
Lerennis Art is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all mailing information is correct prior to processing payment.
Loss or damage during shipping is rare, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. However, if you encounter any problems, please get in contact with me and I will try my best to resolve any issues. Please visit our 'Refund Policy' for more info.
6. My order bounced back to the seller
In the rare case that the order bounces back to our store, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to determine how you would like to proceed.
If you want the order still, we will confirm the shipping address is correct. In most cases the customer will have to pay for the shipping again unless it was an error on our part.
If you decide you don’t want the order anymore, I will give you a refund minus a 10% "restocking fee" and minus shipping.
7. Country Shipping Suspensions
There are a handful of countries that can no longer be shipped to due to flight cancellations and border closures. If you would like to find more information about which countries are being impacted by delays and/or cancellations, you can find country-specific information here.
If you have placed an order to a country that is no longer accepting shipments, we’ll get in contact with you shortly and either 1) refund and cancel your order or 2) hold onto your order and ship it out as soon as shipments to that country resume.
